Our sink was leaking this past weekend and we were worried it was going to damage the bottom of our sink. Changing a sink faucet is a simple enough task so my husband went out and bought us a new fixture. There was one problem... the 3/8 size was not the right fit and we needed some kind of adapter. This made a small task feel overwhelming after not finding the part at Home Depot. We decided it was time to call in the pros. I reached out to Mark at Silverback on Monday and we got scheduled for the very next day. They came over and assessed, hunted down the part we needed and installed the sink fixture perfectly. It was worth it. There is no reason to stress with tasks like these when there are professionals out there that can take care of the job with zero headache. These guys showed up on time, they were friendly, they knew their stuff, and did a great install. They also didn't leave a mess and neatly put things back in the box and gave us the one tool from the box that we should keep to tighten when necessary. They told us how to register with Moen for future part replacement and it was a reasonable price! I already know I will call them back to replace bathtub fixtures in one of our bathrooms! Highly recommend!!

It has been nearly 2 months since your employee took care of our needs. He did a good job at a fair price however I requested a quote on an additional work at our residence and I've been waiting nearly 2 months and I've never been contacted either you're not interested in the job or there's an issue with your scheduling. Either way I find it difficult to utilize you for a total rep plumbing of my house when I can't even get an estimate in a timely manner respectfully Mark Jackley.
Originally my appointment was for Saturday. On Friday afternoon I received a call from David who stated there had been a cancelation and would I want them to come by which I agreed to. David and Jordan arrived and I explained the problem with our clogged shower drain. After assessing the situation David advised me exactly what they were going to do to clear the drain. It took him several times to cable the drain but David kept at it until it cleared. These two workers have a great personality and great work ethic. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area clean. Overall it was a great experience and I would use your company again.
Mario was very personable and he was very patient with the questions I had concerning the failing of my water heater. He displayed excellent customer service skills and I would highly recommend him to service your plumbing needs.
I have found the Plumbing company I will call again and again! Mario and Jordan came out to fix a leaking tub faucet. As they worked they discovered there was more to it than at first met the eye. They worked with me and gave me options to proceed. I chose to replace the fixtures and valve. Today Mark, the owner, and Jordan came back and finished the job.
Silverback is the only plumbing company that has ever given me options that I could work with. They do not upsell like some other big companies out there...you know the ones...they spend big bucks on advertising and pass it along to the customer.
Silverback sends the same plumber to my house every time I call. I can't tell you how much that means to me.
