Yes — Silverback Plumbing & Drain is licensed through Mark Vargas, Responsible Master Plumber #43333, licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Yes. Every job starts with a diagnosis, not a guess — we identify the actual problem first, then give you a clear, written price before any repair, replacement, or installation begins. You’re never billed for work you didn’t agree to in advance.
We’ll tell you honestly, based on the age and condition of the unit or line in question — not based on which option costs more. If a repair will reliably solve the problem, that’s what we recommend; if the unit’s at the point where repairs are just delaying an inevitable replacement, we’ll explain why and let you decide with full information either way.
